WHO WE ARE

About Cura Compliance

We’re the compliance partner US healthcare providers turn to when they’re tired of opaque billing, missed deadlines, and consultants who hand the actual paperwork back to finish. A UK-trained regulatory team, now licensing, accrediting, and protecting healthcare providers in the ten states we serve and DC — at one fixed price, agreed in writing, before any work begins.

Our Story

Cura Compliance Consulting is the US practice of Cura Compliance, a regulatory consultancy whose team built its expertise inside the UK care-regulation system — an environment where documentation, evidence, and patient safety are held to an exacting standard. After years of helping providers there pass inspections, hold accreditations, and stay audit-ready under regulators like the CQC and MHRA, we saw the operators we knew well — telehealth groups, home care providers, supplement brands — running into a US compliance market that worked nothing like ours: quotes that started at $10,000 and climbed past $50,000, hourly billing with no ceiling, and consultants who handed over templates and called the work finished.

So we brought our model across the Atlantic. Today, Cura Compliance delivers full-service US healthcare compliance — HIPAA, state licensing, Medicare and Medicaid certification, accreditation preparation, FDA supplement compliance, and ongoing audit and survey support — to providers across the ten states we serve and DC. Everything is delivered virtually, end-to-end, by a dedicated specialist who stays with you from your first call through your first renewal. And every engagement is priced as a single fixed fee, agreed before kickoff — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

HOW WE WORK

How We Work

A simple, transparent way of working — fixed pricing, full virtual delivery, and one specialist who stays with you.

Fixed price, agreed up front

You get the full number in writing before any work starts, and we hold to it — no hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

Fully virtual, ten states

We work remotely across the ten states we serve — no travel costs and no geographic limits.

Regulator-calibrated documentation

Every policy and application is built to the specific expectations of the state and federal agency that will review it.

One dedicated specialist

A single compliance specialist stays with you from first call through to first renewal — not a rotating team.

Our Mission & Values

Our Mission

To make US healthcare compliance honest, predictable, and accessible — by replacing hourly billing with fixed pricing, fragmented services with end-to-end delivery, and reactive paperwork with proactive partnership. We exist because providers deserve a compliance partner who tells them the price, owns the outcome, and stays for the long haul.

Patient-Centered

Compliance is not a paperwork exercise. The frameworks we build — HIPAA, QAPI, infection control, clinical governance, complaint management — exist for one reason: to keep patients safe. Every policy we draft, every audit we run, and every survey we prepare for is judged against that single test. If it doesn’t ultimately make care safer, it doesn’t ship.

Partnership Approach

We don’t disappear after the application is approved. Most of our clients work with us for years — through renewals, expansions into new states, accreditation cycles, ownership changes, and the occasional surprise audit. You get one dedicated specialist, on a fixed monthly retainer that costs less than a part-time compliance officer, who knows your operation as well as you do.
