What this is
End-to-end support to license a Missouri Home Health Agency, regulated by DHSS through the Bureau of Home Care and Rehabilitative Standards (19 CSR 30-26.010; RSMo 197.400–197.478). A Missouri HHA must provide at least two skilled services on an intermittent basis, at least one being skilled nursing.
What’s included
- Home Health Agency licence application plus the State Disclosure of Ownership and Control Interest Statement and Secretary of State registration.
- Certificate of Need (CON) guidance — Missouri still applies CON to home health through the Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee, so we map this gate before you spend in the wrong order.
- Policies & procedures built to Missouri standards and the federal Conditions of Participation, with FCSR staff screening.
- Survey & accreditation-deeming guidance — DHSS may accept CHAP/ACHC/Joint Commission surveys in lieu of state renewal surveys.
How it works
- Kick-off call to confirm your structure and CON position.
- We prepare your application and policies.
- You review; we refine until it is right.
- We guide submission and stay with you through survey and approval.
Indicative timeline: driven by CON and the licensure survey; the state licence fee is modest (around $600) but CON is the real barrier. New Medicare enrolment is paused nationwide until at least November 2026 — we prepare you to enrol the moment it reopens. Fees and timelines change, so we confirm current figures with DHSS and CMS as part of your project.
Ideal for
Providers offering skilled home health in Missouri who need to navigate CON and survey readiness rather than discover them late.
