What this is
End-to-end support to launch home health in Ohio. Important and often missed: since House Bill 110 took effect in 2022, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) licenses home health — both skilled and non-medical — under ORC Chapter 3740. Skilled, Medicare-billing care then runs through Medicare certification layered under that licence. Certificate of Need does not apply to home health in Ohio (only nursing-home beds).
